If i completed a collection i will get the name card immediately or should i wait 24h?

Probably have to wait around 24hours like most things.

You'll have to wait until the website updates and it shows you owning all of those weapons on your profile on the website. So for example if you won the last weapon you needed for a collection right now at roughly 3PM EST you probably wouldn't see the name card for that for at LEAST 9+ hours. As the website database doesn't update with the info RIGHT AT midnight it takes it some time. Though by 1 or 2AM EST you should have it i'd think. so the 24 hour rule is generally a good one to go by.
