We can, but sometimes people use different accounts on the forum, which can lead to us searching and looking for the wrong account, this is one of the reason we ask you to submit a ticket from the account that has the issue.

Oh, I'm aware for most games, a player isn't allowed to use multiple accounts unless they get banned, so I just stick to one, aka this. No alts for me.

Another reason to submit a ticket is to actually alert customer service to the issue, because those are dealt with first before the forum. You should have your crates now

Trying to buy ZP with subway giftcards, but OpenBucks asks me for a verification. So I did what it told me to do and they asked for pictures of a card that I had recently used (they gave me the last 4 numbers of the card) and I never had that card. Now they don't even reply to my emails or anything after I told them that I didn't have that card. It's been more than 24H and nothing. Been trying to buy ZP for 3 days now.

But on the other hand, Grumpy has given me the AK K Noble, Kukri Noble, and the Cop Glorious Phoenix now

Talking about tickets.. I submitted one +20 days ago (on this acc) and still no answer I would really appreciate if someone took a second look at it

Hello [GM]Grumpy just replying because I recently bought 10k ZP 2 days ago on the 27th of September but did not recive the M4A1 Predator or the 5 Glourious Crates I'm not sure why but was aware I was supposed to get these bonuses Thanks

Got the M4 for 6 days and I've been enjoying it so far. It's really handy when you want to get away from the Mutants, the Jump Boost Perk really makes it easier to parkour around. These should continue but with different VIPs so people can try them.
