Well, I don't think it needs to be a section just for it. A thread is enough, like the Count to 100 games and all that.

Technically speaking a MOD or a GM SHOULD be able to Sticky your topic in the off-topic as well. However, it's unlikely they will do it at first. It'd likely have to become a popular thread with potential significance for new forum users to see and participate in as they begin using the forums.

so....make the thread and let's see what happens!
