Keeping the community in the dark or turning a blind eye to the cheating situation?

I have sent a ticket asking the GMs to start a thread and acknowledge the cheating situation.
I have mentioned to them how the report system fails.
I have asked them not to reply back with copy-paste or ask me to send replays.

They have ignored my request and sent me a copy paste reply asking me to send replays.

I feel as though the whole community besides the GMs knows the exploits the cheaters are doing: Making new accounts upon ban
What I feel the GMs can do right now, without getting approval is to start a thread and acknowledge the cheating trend.
They have been pretty silent about the cheating issue or just turning a blind eye to the cheating situation.
What I think the community would like is for the GMs to at least acknowledge the cheating situation.

Every day we play and encounter a cheater, we wonder what the GMs are doing to combat this issue. We get no information on this and so we feel that this issue is being ignored.

1. Are you guys aware of the increasing cheating trend?
2. Are you guys aware of the exploit the cheaters are doing after they get banned?
3. Do you guys have a plan besides the reporting/sending replays/going undercover to handle cheaters?
4. Is there any suggestions from the community on how to handle the cheaters that you guys like?
5. Are you guys aware that the current method of banning is slow and ineffective in banning cheaters?
6. What makes you guys so confident in your current method of handling cheaters?
7. Are you guys aware that simply banning cheaters at the moment does nothing to stop them from cheating?
8. Is there currently any plan to handle the exploit in creating new accounts by cheaters?

This just the tip of the iceberg. I believe there are more questions by the community regarding the cheating situation.

If any GMs sees this, please don't acknowledge it here in this thread, I ask that you guys start a new thread to acknowledge it there.

I am fully with this thread. We as the PEOPLE WHO PLAY THE GAME AND KEEP IT ALIVE need to know what's going on and if anything is going to happen to fix this hacking issue.

What if they forward our suggestions to the devs and the devs do nothing and we keep blaming the GMs?

They honestly need to do something certain modes are becoming unbearable, can't stand them cheating. Letting threads die out time after time, if you really do read over those threads and not reply fine but no action being taken regarding the cheating situation isn't fine at all.

Not sure they do, they don't seem to take the issue pretty seriously.
Of course it's not all the GMs fault, but they're our only way for us to get something across to them. GMs also let us know what the developers are planning.
If the developers are active in the forum, we can ask them directly, unfortunately we can only rely on GMs to help us get our message across and we rely on them to know the latest updates happening in the game.

I want to know what the developers think. The community wants to know what the developers think. GMs are our only way to relay that message to us. So we know what's wrong with our anti cheating suggestions. The community complains a lot about the cheating situation and offers suggestions on combating the cheating situation. But we rarely get any feedback on it.

What I think the community would like is for the GMs to at least acknowledge the cheating situation. We acknowledge it by telling you to report it, so that we can look further and further into it.

2. Are you guys aware of the exploit the cheaters are doing after they get banned? If so, this is news to me and you should send a ticket regarding specifically what they are doing other than 'making a new account'
3. Do you guys have a plan besides the reporting/sending replays/going undercover to handle cheaters? Now if I told you that, it wouldn't be a very good plan, would it?
4. Is there any suggestions from the community on how to handle the cheaters that you guys like? There are always suggestions we will like and dislike. Suggestions that are viable or able to be implemented are another thing entirely.
5. Are you guys aware that the current method of banning is slow and ineffective in banning cheaters? Assuming you mean the reports, yes it is slow. A large part of this is in part due to the mass amount of false replays we get daily.
6. What makes you guys so confident in your current method of handling cheaters? Because we see the results on our end that unfortunately you are unable to see the numbers of on your end.
7. Are you guys aware that simply banning cheaters at the moment does nothing to stop them from cheating? Again, unfortunately not everything is viewable on the surface.
8. Is there currently any plan to handle the exploit in creating new accounts by cheaters? I think you need to revisit the definition of 'exploit'.

This just the tip of the iceberg. I believe there are more questions by the community regarding the cheating situation.

If any GMs sees this, please don't acknowledge it here in this thread, I ask that you guys start a new thread to acknowledge it there. As mentioned we do not need a seperate thread.

Please find my answers above in red. This is not up for discussion, and there are always plans and actions in place and being worked on. I can't be specific, or force you guys to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but hopefully we will be able to show you all moving forward that we have heard you, we do understand your frustration, and we are taking steps in the right direction.
