Edit : their answer was :
Unfortunately, we do not remove weapons from users inventory except for specific error reasons.
I think if there is a rule preventing removal of VIPs "User Wish", there should be one allowing any weapon to be removed upon users Request. At the end of the day, you paid for them and if you no longer want them, there isn't a loss for the Z8 if you wish to remove such item without requesting anything in return. -
they dont remove weapons. cause they had first to check if you are the owner. imagine u got scammed and the scammer can delete any weapon just by write a support ticket....
the only way is to cash cash cash till ur storage and temp storage is full ! <- took me only 7 years and 10k (+) dollar -

If those people wanted to remove especially VIP which they paid for no longer requires it after months without requesting anything in return, if they was allowed they would have to provide security information if the rules permits them to request removal. The security information would or could be Purchase details, security detail of the account, date of purchase, method of purchase and transaction ID in regards to that purchase. Those combined information will only be known by the owner.
The rule to allow removal of any weapons even up to 5 weapons as a limit and the requirement to provide such security details to determine it's your account and that you did make the purchase would remove any doubt of ownership.
So if any rules prevent them from allowing removal of VIPs, I suggest to add a new rule allowing them and have a limit up to 5 weapons per user account and to have strict security information required. Personally I wouldn't remove VIPs, but I understand why some might want to.
Item Deletion Policy
"Because all purchases within Crossfire are final, we do not delete any weapons from accounts based on user requests. If you own a weapon item and the refund policy no longer applies, that weapon will be on your account and we will not process requests to arbitrarily remove it." -

This is unnecessary hassle. They already don't have enough support personnel to go through all the hack reports and other support tickets efficiently right now, imagine how chaotic it would be for them to receive and go through thousands of requests per day from people who want a weapon removed from their storage. That's why they don't allow weapon removals unless your storage is full. So this idea is stupid from unnecessary workload point of view. -

Did you just pull that out of your butt or what? Did you even read this page's top two posts pro? -

I agree with the fact its a hastle. No need to give them more work for such small reason. There are a lot more important matters they need to solve than removing VIP's from storages.
