After the update I can't login it say its been Blocked?

My game was running when it was on going on updating and right after it got done I try to login back and this error came that my account has been blocked? This makes no sense to me. I was playing before maintenance update I didn’t know it was going on update till I got kicked out from it and all suddenly it’s been blocked now?

For account issues, no one on the forums will be able to help you.
The only way to get help in this particular situation is to send a ticket to support.

I have try that but Bot reply doesn't help.. there is no real people out there on it.

I can assure you they are real people, but again, no one will tell you anything different on the forums so that's your only option unfortunately

Nah it doesn't seem to be real out there on it. If was real people then there should be Name of them at the bottom of reply but its always same wording reply with no Tech name. So its just a bot that reply over and over, but thanks for your reply brother.

I played with him all the time. I can assure this guy is legit.
He can’t even play for sh*t.

I left early that night due to headache. He stayed, and forget to logout till he got dc for an on going update.
The next day when we updated pur game, he couldn’t login.

How was that hacking? Crossfire DC players then banned them for being online while its getting updated?
We want higher officials to look into this matter. I just gifted him a VIP barrett and he didn’t even get to enjoy it!

They do say to log out before maintenance so no account issue arises I don't know if it can ban you for that though.

Right it’s doesn’t help when automatic bot reply you.
