i didnt receive the color blaze crates

I got an A in the event of playing 16 hours and I still have not received the color blaze crates

Hi, the GMs are aware of the issue and the crates will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Im mssing 2 crates cause i had D in bussines but im
not worried cause they said they are aware of situation and will fix it.
I would ask about ribbon maybe, but at this point i think
