The win rate isn't that insane. I myself spun 10 of that crate and got nothing at all in it, which contradicts your theory.
I don't understand why would you want them to fix such a thing anyways even if it's a bug!! why would it bother you?
Even if you're right and the crate is "bugged", I wouldn't want it to get 'fixed' at all.
I believe I may have the chance in the future to put my hands on that crate once again, and when that time comes, I wish the crate stays as it is without changing anything about it, cause then me and you may get luckier and win and you won't be writing anything about the crate being bugged or so..!!
TL;DR, I don't mind if it's a bug.. it's not bothering anyone, so please leave it be! -

Imagine spinning 300 crates without winning.. now that's not fair.
Maybe the win rate is slightly too high but I don't mind it this way

Those crates were looked into before and it appeared that players were just super lucky. However, we have forwarded this to the GM team and it will be looked into as soon as possible. Wherever if it's a bug or not, that's undecided at the moment but the most likely outcome will be that they are not.
