Crates from Report Card event

I only got 15 crates when i got 2 A and 1 C on my report card why is that even tho it said that the A's where 10 each

GMs are aware of the missing crates.

The distribution for the Color Blaze crates is only delayed, we have discovered an issue with it and we will be checking if we can fix it in time or replace it with another crate. We will post the updates here as well.

Did anyone else finish the philosophy of escapism section but still received an F grade "after the fix" ? I am sure I can't be the only one affected...sent a ticket and they replied that the missing data was recovered (so where are my 100+ escapes count I kept track of with paper?)...no it wasn't..not 100%...but as usual if not enough people speak up they will not care about it

You was below 5 players I think. The tracker for escape was fine the day I did it....

BUT where are the blaze crates!!!!

I did all my event sections following every single rule given. I completed each game with AT LEAST 6 people and had a total of 110 escapes done during the event period. I have seen people talk about the same issue in game so I know I'm not the only one affected... Now it's only a few crates, yeah...but the reason I complain is because we spend a lot of time trying to finish the events just to end up not receiving the rewards promised due to game errors... and, more importantly, it is not the first time this happens...I have had missing crates or EP from past events and sending tickets never revolves anything because the people in charge of reviewing the tickets do a very poor job. They only respond with a message that was already posted by GM's on a thread instead of trying to investigate each person's situation.

The purpose of my comment is to raise awareness that people need to make an effort and complain more because nobody seems to care about the small percent of people who did not get rewarded correctly.
