Support Ticket Questions

I have put in 2 support tickets so far about not getting my gun from the Bingo event, but when I checked on them today they were both closed with no response and still no gun.

Will they ever get my gun to me after their Guaranteed number system glitched or am I basically screwed out of my money I put in to win it.

Can you double check your inventory in-game when you get a chance? As far as I know, the AK 47 Russia doesn't appear in anyone's profile yet (in fact, I don't think any of the Bingo weapons appear on our profiles, yet).

I am sorry to hear that, we were waiting for the confirmation about how we will deal with this event and it seems that the ticket was auto-closed due to inactivity, which is also I am sorry about.

By the end of next week, hopefully people who won weapons and didn't receive them will have them in their inventory. As for the people who were missing draws, they will be added to their next Bingo storage.

Thank you again for your patience, and we hope that you get your hands on that weapon soon.

What if we miss some hours of our playtime because the tracker and didnt get draws for 60 hours played?
This could be fixed? Should i make a ticket maybe , is there a posibility to check my playtime?

This person should get some extra draws for next time since s/he waited so long to receive his BINGO prize (AK-47 Russia). Sure they put alot of money into it..that's pretty sad to have to wait almost a month to receive a virtual item that should be instant.

yes it is because of me to think as I sent me ticket considering this issue and they fixed it the next day
