What Just Happened?

So after seeing others posting the same thing and not believing them, assuming they were hackers and trying for a pity reinstatement, I just logged in to the game to view a replay so I could submit a hacking report, logged out, actually crashed out, submitted the report, and on logging back into the game : Account Permanently Blocked.
I know for certain I have never used any illegal programs, and nothing on my pc has changed in months.
I have already submitted a report but I am seriously stumped as to what is going on...
It has me viewing everyone crying foul on their account suspensions in a different light, that's for sure.

When I get disconnected I almost puke my heart because of this. Friend of mine was inactive most of the time and when she came back she got DCed and perm banned.

I'm sure it's some kind of error from the crash, but hopefully they will get back to me soon.

Also... I was under the impression permanent blocks were ONLY handed out manually :S
It's worrying if this is a false ban that errors can get you a perm ban...

I'll update when I receive a response, they haven't even assigned the ticket yet.....
All I know is I can guarantee 100% it's a false ban.
The only thing I can think of off hand is a post I made on the forums a few days ago where a word of mine was starred out, but that would be ludicrous as it wasn't a slur or anything, just a false positive.

So my response was a cookie cutter :

Violation: Hacking/Using Malicious or Game Altering Software
Suspension Duration: Permanent

I insist that I have never used anything of the sort, and although I have requested proof, since it would be impossible to find any, I know it is pointless, since according their Terms and Conditions, they can do whatever they feel like.
Bottom line, beware of Z8 Games, because if it happened to me, it could happen to anyone.

I salute all of you and spit on a company that allows blatant hackers to run rampant and punishes people who have done nothing wrong.
I would write more but I am getting more incensed the more I think about it, and I will leave with my dignity intact, no matter what they accused me of.

Can a GM say for the 10th time that if someone is banned perm. it's for a good reason so I can feel safe again?

No matter what a GM says, you shouldn't feel safe.

Regardless, I was presented no actual reason other than 2 copy paste answers, so I went from 8 years as an "Honorable Soldier" and actually being stupid enough to supporting this game financially to garbage in a day, and for doing nothing, and that is what enrages me the most.

This will be my last post, goodbye and good luck with this inept company.

Honestly if you truely did nothing and this all happen due to you trying to report someone then... CF NA/UK is going super duper down hill. This is at the lowest of the lows by treating true fans like crap and leaving them in the dirt for good only making them want to leave and only making the community feel like they could be next at any time and no one is going to bother to indepth on the situation so you're left with no answers.

You'll think it would be the hackers that would actually kill them game off but it could sadly be the people behind the game. 2spooky4me.

Your not only one there this is happening to me too I was playing while it was going on updating but I didn't know so I got kicked out and then when it got done with update I try to login back in and guess what it say I have been blocked? It doesn't make no sense.

If you really haven't done anything then just ask for a GM on forums to help you. I get why they don't tell you the "investigation" but someone already proved that when they say they investigate it's not 100% they actually did.

We have to ask for GM? I am sure they can see this.. because its been happening after the update.
