Your Account has been blocked Permanently

My account has now block for no reson i opened the account and suddenly found out that i has got a block and when i asked GMs they said that i have played by hack and i tried at more thann 31 Ticket to recover my account and he replied like a BOT !! and i swear that i hadn't play by hack or i didn't use any bad programm ?? what should i do to recover my Account ?

As far as I know, permanent bans are ONLY handed out manually by support staff who have replay proof of someone breaking the rules (Hacking/glitching etc.).
If you've sent multiple tickets and got the same reply each time then there's not much you can do.

There is no such thing as "no reason".
Obviously mistakes can be made, but I highly doubt they would ban an account without being 100% sure of shena****ns.

EDIT NOTE: Not sure why the word I used was censored as it isn't a swear word, it means "secret or dishonest activity or maneuvering".

The 4 letters that were censored are a (Misspelled) racial slur, that's what the forum is picking up :P
