Item not in profile

Just a quick question. I won a desert eagle tiger in the crates from the bingo event and it hasn't appeared on my profile page yet. Is this a bug or do I have to wait longer?

Send a support ticket and explain the situation. They will fix this for you, same as for the people whose default knife doesn't show up.

Support is known for pasting replies that dont even match the question. Its a proven fact that they sometimes dont even check your account and just paste a reply to be done with it. Replying for the sake of replying.
Just keep trying and maybe change your desciption of the problem a bit and you might be lucky and find a competent staff member who does actually read your ticket.

lol sad but true... If I ran z8games, most of the support staff would be fired for laziness and being incompetent. Blind copy paste macro replies is horrible support... It gives the whole company a bad name.
