I own 5 different permanent Shotguns but the ribbon doesn't appear in my profile.
What should i do ?

Wait 48 hours after you obtained your last permanent shotgun. If it still hasn't appeared, you will need to submit a support ticket.

i already submitted a ticket and this what they have told me:
