Geography?

So is anything actually being done about the fact almost no one is able to get their Geo grade up to A?
I haven't seen a word from a GM about this even though its already the 16th. Its weekend now so we have to wait till monday for sure (probably end of the day, if anything) and by then there's only one day left.
I don't feel like hurrying everything again at the last day just to get my grade up because of their broken event.

Why the lack of communication? How can something like this still not be addressed after 7 full days? I dont get it.

We are looking at our options for resolving this, but we're going to need patience from you guys during that time. Give us until the end of the week, and we will figure out the best course of action. That being said, your hard work and playtime is not lost, and you will be rewarded for the time put in, one way or another. We will keep you updated as soon as we have any more information"

This isn't addressing why some people are unable to reach A grade in geo no matter how many matches they played outside of that particular saturday.

its the only response that we have until now

The response "one way or another" isn't too reassuring that we will get the rewards played for- the 20 crates and for some people the 3rd A for the ribbon

pretty much this. I'm pretty positive i've hit 10 games on 12 countries. But without any kind of re-assurance i'm left wondering if maybe just maybe one of those games didn't count and i'm sitting at 10 games on 11 countries and 9 games on the last one. And since the grade doesn't budge no matter how much we play that doubt will always be there unless the GMs/Support can give any more info to put that to rest. I Really hope that this is one of their priorities Monday when they get into the office. I mean if I KNEW for a fact I was short i'd play through them and cover it...but being left in limbo makes me not want to do that as I believe i've done it all and thus should be done so who wants to play random matches when I could be playing what I want. Also sad that support didn't give ANY response to a ticket submitted on Tuesday and is still left open.
I mean I get it...they don't have any info about the tracker situation to update us with...but couldn't one of them look into the game logs and say 'yes. you have 10 games on 12 countries' or 'no. you're still missing some games'. As from what I understand the games still counted on the logs and they have the ability to check those logs.

I don't foresee the tracker thing getting fixed. Which is sad...cause I really wanted to take a picture of my Straight A's to show off and to use as leverage for a Straight A's reward possibility.

Oh it sounded like they didn't have logs of the games or the games from last Saturday. Like "hey if you played Saturday some games weren't counted but you'll get some type of reward although it might not be the 20 crates, we'll have to check with our boss what we can do". If they have the logs then it should be as simple as fixing the grading tracker and it would update since the logs of the games are there. If they are planning on checking everyone on support tickets that will be alot of people and a long time since some people aren't getting their A in escape, ZM, MM, hours played
