Is the AWM-Noble Beast equivalent to the VIP AWM-Obsidian Beast in wallbang/reload/stats?

Mainly is it the same wallbang penetration?

Yes same wall (think the dmg is 36 to body and 100 to head)

Oh wow, it's actually better than a VIP awm according to the comparisons in that video I guess. Faster reload, and faster fire rate
