new weapon in item shop

it will be a good idea to add this weapon (M4A1-A , from the training guide) to item shop because its a normal m4a1 but with silencer instead of buying m4a1 liberty everyday from mileage ... it would be nice to have a normal black m4 with just a silencer and perm

I personally would of nominated it to be a GP Crate, but the Shop works too, I suppose.
