  • Try finding the very first email which got sent after you registered your account. That should tell you an date.

I changed my first email because I don't have access to it anymore and I don't even remember it. But I can provide all payments from 2010 to today, as I did in my ticket (limit is 2 but i can provide more).

In that case, you can try to look on your character profile on the website. That should show the month and the year in which your CrossFire account was made. The actual day will have to be remembered by you.

The support asked for a new email to assign the account, I gave them a new one but after 24 hours they still haven't changed it and gave my account back. Is that normal? I just want to get my account back before the scammer ruins it by spending gp, zp and coupons.

Yes, this is normal. Sometimes it can take a while to get the confirmation and such, and it has to go back and forth between you and the support staff member. If they've asked you for the new email though, rest assured that you are on your way to account recovery :)
