Small Resolution

Hi guys! I Really love CF and decent just bought 10K Zp and the Spop Character. 2 week later i got Windows 7. I installed everything and that worked fine. BUT when i start CF my screen is small resolution is just 800x600. i had my 22 inch flat screen to my computer the last 2 years but still Cf game is small but when i go to options it says : Screen Mode Full screen(OK) Windowed menu mode (NO) Resolution : 800x600 (no) 1024x768 (Yes) but i have 1600x1080 So i am asking you Z8games PLEASE add the 1600x1080 resolution thanks!

Yeah,our problems are the same. T_T . Just got Window 7 today.
Its like 800x600 everytime. I need it on fullscreen. ;[

back would be if g4box added a "use native resolution" function
this would enable everyone to play at their desired res

just remember though, the higher the resolution, the lower your fps will be
so for optimal performance i tend to use the 1024x768 anyway
i've got a dam good system, but since the last patch everyones gettin worse fps
so to be honest, you don't want to be playing at a high resolution unless:

1) you've got a good gfx card (512mb+ with dx10+ support)
2) you have a decent amount of ram (2gb+ xp, 3gb+ vista/win7)
3) you're testing different setups to combat crashing issues

i dunno what card i got,but as for ram i got 8.

For a game like Crossfire higher resolutions wouldn't make a very drastic change of FPS (They would be lower of course but not by much if you've got a good system)

I agree with gotitback a 'use native resolution' option would be great seeing as I'd love to play at my normal resolution (1280 x 1024)

set it to windowed mode and it wont put it to 800x600. its also handy if you've got other programs running.

Yeah,but i like my games on fullscreen.
Guess il have towait for a bigger reso.
i use 1680x1050.

I Found out if u change ur screen resolution (Control Panel) Screen Settings or something. Or right-click and then Screen resolution if u have Windows 7. Then take 800x600 or 1024x768 and then apply then start Crossfire log in and select full screen and the resolution u choosed. Then u have the Full screen mode but u lag a bit more (ur FPS is lowering) Mine sinked from 60-100 to 30-60 But maybe i just had many programs open but try it!

I did it. My fps didnt sink lol
