If i lost my honorable soldier ribbon becuz of the dusty servers,i would kill someone.
The moment i join any room i get this error



And it ended up with a ban


Now i wont be able to play 2 hours,someone should make up for this....

To OP:

There was an emergency maintenance that should have fixed this issue. What you need to do is do a clean reinstall of the game.

Also on top of what [MOD]WeiWei said, the error 31_9 will not remove your Honorable soldier ribbon because the error is related to connection issues.
