Hey, i saw a few people discussing asking for a refund in certain cases and i didn't know that there was such a possibility.
I was wondering if anyone could redirect me to a thread discussing the details of the process before i send a support ticket.

If your purchase was within 48 hours and it was a ZP or coupon exchange item with at least 30 days duration? Yes!

I do vaguely remember them being able to refund something only once, or something along those lines, but that might just be my mind being fuzzy, so take that with a grain of salt.

Basically its a 48h thing... this is a 30 day item but i bet it applies to every kind of item.
Can any MOD or GM confirm please?

What exactly do you want confirmation regarding?

Also, FYI items purchased during a pre-order cannot be refunded.
