Help with my account

So I was playing and some kid said he was a hacker and I said cool a few seconds later I got logged off. At that point I raced to change my password and I did, few days later (I was scared too log on) I got on to play around 6am (central time) same thing happened and I changed the password again. I havent played in like a month or two cuss I was scared. Spent a few hundred on my account and im getting annoyed. any help?

P.S I have not told anyone my Password or Username.

Hmm from what I know there's no way people can just hack into your account without the owner giving out their Password but if you haven't then that then you should be fine. You sure you were logged off due to someone else trying to get into your account? Could of been your internet or even the server cause I have been logged out because of the server before and it was happening alot on the day the update came out. If anything you can send in a Support Ticket (http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit) if you think it's an account issue but don't worry too much unless you see any changes such as weapons from your bag being switched out or that you've played matches that you can't recall playing.

yeah cuss it said that someone logged on and would you like to sign back in. also if i started playing again and it happened what would you suggest doing?

I have gotten that message before and then I will be sent into the Server List and I am completely fine to play on. Did it happen like straight after you got into another game or did it take some time? Cause even if someone did have your account how would they know exactly when you are on unless they are going to keep on logging into your account at a constant rate like using a Bot or something along those lines.

Maybe sending a Support Ticket will be the best (http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit) bet since they can help you out fully on any account issues that are happening but you just need to make sure you can prove that you are the rightful owner of the account.

it just happened cuss after i changed it and went to play my ps4 each time, i have to press log back in and it send my to the main thing, only happens when i play, it was when the us servers were down so i played in europe. changed my password aswell everytime it happened.

if i sent in a ticket would it be in account administration right?

Well it could maybe be an issue with the software but I am not expert at that. Only GM's can see your tickets so don't worry. But they don't work on Weekends so you may need to wait until Monday for an response. Hopefully everything gets cleared up.
