missing razer crates

i bought zp through razer and didnt get the razer crates sent in ticket and was told to send in evidence of purchase i did that over a week ago now and nobody is replying to my tickets what is going on can i get some help please

I have the same problem. Send a ticket almost a week ago. No reply and still no crates

Over a week ago? The razer deal began on the 5th, which means from the 1st to the 4th, there was no razer event.

the razer deal changes every month last month one finished on the the 5th then they changed the crates you get with it

That's not entirely correct. There was no Razer event active on September 1st to September 4th. If you purchased ZP through Razer between those 2 days then it looks like you are ineligible for the crates.

what the others have stated is likely the correct reasoning for why you have not received any bonus crates from buying through Razer. The events aren't set at a full month so there's usually a few day lapse period.

However, I will say that while it was NOT announced here on CF Announcement forums there WAS on zVaults site a Sniper Bonus that said it was covering the last couple days of August through September 5th. But since Z8 never recognized it, to which they have the authority to do, it wasn't available.

Though I do find it interesting that they'd ask for evidence of the purchase and then not give you back a 'At the time of Purchase there was no active promotional bonus going on. Sorry' type of acknowledgement/answer. That is a bit saddening if they truly didn't reply and left you hanging after you sent in your proof of purchase of ZP. (if assuming your telling us everything)

no because i have the screenshots stating the razer crate deals ends on the 5th and my 1st message sent was answered by a gm saying i was not on the list of ppl to receive the crates but if i have proof of purchase then send it in a new ticket so i did that and that was over a week ago and i still have no reply from them but the razer event went on aug 1st to september 5th then they changed the free crates you get with them to what is now with the guitar gun etc

I also have this problem. I got 170k ZP using Razer gold during the final days of the event promotion.

My ticket has been open for about week with no response thus far 🤔
