rly before this Maintenance i re-downloaded the game and worked fine now i got the error 31-9 again rly guys what r u doing here and kicked out for 1 hour cuz i just want to play this game
my game in the first place was fine but like others re-downloaded the game and now for the second time got the same error so should i now do not tell me re-download the game again

tell me why i got this error again
which file is the reason for that
plz dont talk about VPN cuz i did not use it at all

I saw Jessy post on facebook saying that the new installer will fix this. Try removing the game AND the old installer, and downloading the new one from the website.

it should have been fixed by last night maintenance . but if it was not then the best thing to do is as Bunni has said
