How long should we wait !?
Okay now I think this problem is getting worse and worse since the very last patch. First of all I want an answer to my question. Why most people are getting CF CLIENT ERRORS? Should I wait? In the matter of fact I do not want to re install the game. Why!!? Because in Egypt the average internet speed is 150 kb per second, so I will not wait all this time to reinstall Crossfire. Now I'm asking anyone who is in charge, should I wait? should I play in the folders like most egys has done? should I reinstall Crossfire? Just tell me what should I do. I want to know if this client error should take so much time As 2 weeks or less are left and we will go to school. I think that we need a compensation as every time I open I just get a ban for 1 hour and I donot want to lose my HSR because I wonot be able to get it back ( like what happened before to some innocent players). I just want to know if it has a solution that is easy and simple and so do not tell me to reinstall the game as it would take more that 10 hours! Are you able to solve this issue from your side? and that's my last important question.

GMs confirmed that if you got banned for connection issues, you don't lose your HSR.
I have a solution for you and it has worked for other players who are also experiencing the same issues as you.
The solution is to reinstall the game with a fresh copy from the website. In order to achieve the best outcome from the reinstall, I would advise you to follow these steps:- Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire.
- Open Up My Computer.
- Delete the CF directory (Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/).
- Delete the CF directory (/Document/CrossFire/) (Make sure you backup any screenshots or replays you may have before doing this).
- Disable your anti virus.
- Download the newest client from our downloads site.
- Install the game from the new download.
- Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions.
- Re-enable realtime protection.
- Start CrossFire as Admin.
