Buggy CF :(

After a miracle with (faild to download patch) error i succeeded to complete the patch ,, but it was just the beginning of that serial mess, After i had entered the game and then entered a room i got that client error 31_9 just after the room loaded .

And as i know that client error comes when it detect any file changing ,,although if there any file changing HGWC should detect it while it's loading from the beginning even before crossfire start ,, but in my case this error comes randomly without any predisposing causes.

Last ,, im not the only one that had faced that client error ,, there are many many ,

I'll just leave that buggy game forever , plz don tell me any justifications for that mess bye :)

    Hi, MODs do not work for Support. Support has their own staff members.

    If you want this error to be fixed, you need to send in a Support ticket. They will try to gather as much information as possible so they can find the best solution to solve this issue.

    Thank you for your time.

    This issue should be now fixed. All you need to do is uninstall the VPN and reinstall CF. Here are some steps to help you.

    1. Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire.
    2. Open Up My Computer.
    3. Delete the CF directory (Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/).
    4. Delete the CF directory (/Document/CrossFire/) (Make sure you backup any screenshots or replays you may have before doing this).
    5. Disable your anti virus.
    6. Download the newest client from our downloads site.
    7. Install the game from the new download.
    8. Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions.
    9. Re-enable realtime protection.
    10. Start CrossFire as Admin.
