Accidentally Banned

my account got banned for 10 months by mistake . I was saying in the lobby doing nothing then I received a notification saying disconnected from server and when I opened the game again I found my account permanently blocked. I am sending tickets till now it only answer with one answer as an auto answer.

I need some help right now ..

The response may be pre-written, but an actual person reviewed your ticket. There's a number of reasons your account was banned:

1) Sharing accounts
2) Changing game files
3) Someone on your account hacked
4) Bug abuse

So on and so forth.

If you have any further questions about why you were banned, please contact Support. No one on the forums has visibility to your account information.

As mentioned, we don't use robots for support. We only use them to build our robot army which we plan to unleash soon for total world domination, one laser at a time. Also, please do not post ticket answers.

ok sorry for that but I was just telling u that any ticket I send to ask about my ban issues I only get that answer I just posted recently
