Well, normally a cache refresh should help, (CTRL+F5 in Chrome) but the Forums itself are still off limits.
Never mind, deleting the Cache entirely works as well.
In Chrome, go to your Settings, and search for something along the lines of "Delete Browser Data" and tick "Images and Data in the Cache" to delete it. -
at least yours is in English....last night when that message first appeared on the site this is what I got treated to...
...does make you wonder why the CF NA/UK site would get a CF BR maintenance notice....outside of the obvious copy pasta coding/image use..... -
