On the shovel vip, sometimes the right click is at normal speed and the next game just horrible.

If you have the second box checked, the weapon is slower a bit. There is a small delay after you right click, is that what you mean?

It's literally the best Shovel. What are you talking about? I mean, yeah, when you have the "Follow up attack" checked the Shovel is really slow. But when it's like other shovels it's really fast and you can change to other melees which is pretty nice.

That's my opinion too. The only good perk about the shovel is the delay that the opponent sees when you're right-clicking so you have a better chance of killing an inexperienced melee player.
