If you won a ZP/GP Pistol, do you need to transfer it to your inventory or can it stay in your Black Market storage?
And also, can a GM/MOD confirm it?

Why would you want to keep it there? You cant dismantle perm items anyways.

Well, one reason I could think of would be when your Storage is at it's limit, to use the BM Storage as some kind of buffer storage.

But I'd frankly tell you to transfer it to your Inventory if that isn't the case for you, just to be sure.

I would like to guess as soon as you win regardless if you transfer or not, it counts.

you cannot dismantle any pistol per zp or gp if you transfer or not it counts
