do we get robot to check our cases? every body in Z8games is busy?

so i trying to submit case to fix my issue which is when i try to reset my password using my email address it says "this account is not available for recovery"
so when i ask the support about that they reply about changing email and say "email address of the account can only be changed once every 90 day"
then i tried again and again and again but the same reply which is seems to be robot or so i really explained my issue as hard as i can, but same answer always
idk what does that mean

    I miss the days when people could recover account with only 1-2 correct pieces of information. unlike today that you give them 95% correct data and they still don't help you only because there is 1 section incorrect out of 30

    not to mention that it seems like they doesn't even read the tickets its like they press some "match info with our data button" (without even read the the text box where people add extra data and explain the issue there) and give their creepy ass generic TOS link response

    like seriously most of my tickets were answered within less than 1 minute...they doesn't even read the tickets =/
  • Same time 1-2 pieces of correct information also made accounts to be stolen more easy, account scammers trick the owner to unveil at least 2-3 correct info and they change email and password in next minute - therefore support center was not able to tell the differences between the real owner and the scammer because they both provide same info and pretend each one is the real owner ... in the end the subject account finish to be flagged as ''shared account'' and permanently blocked ...

    Also as i remember - after creating a new account, the player was receive an email with all account details, where also was mentioned not to loose and not to share those info.... who was to blame now ? (no need for an answer - is a rhetorical question) ...

    Here's a little story:

    I tried to remove a certain inferaction from my account>>I sent a ticket to the complaint department>>they said wrong department and forwarded me to the account admin>>I sent a ticket to account admin and filled in all the sections correct apart from the birthday(I know the correct one just at that moment I filled it in wrong by mistake)and asked them what I need to do for remove the inferaction in the text box>>account admin Gm's replied "you filled in incorrect details we can't recover the account"

    lol

    I was asking them to remove an inferaction not to recover account ,also I sent the ticket from the account I want to remove the inferaction from ...so why in the hell shall I want to ask from them to "recover" the account I am logged on and have access to?

    after it I sent a ticket again >>filled in the birth day correct this time>>and asked them again to remove the inferaction>>after it they replied "all the details correct please give us new email you want to give to the account"

    again lol...they didn't even read the text box message again I was asking for remove inferaction not recover account
    not to mention that all of the tickets were answered in less than 1 minute
    but after this i tought to myself that how lucky I am that I don't have account issues and don't need to recover any account.. because these days even if you give them 99% correct info they still won't recover your account you need 100% :(
  • Question: when did you reset your password (or change email) last time?

    this action is allowed once every 90 days indeed, so you have to wait until 90 to do a new password reset.

    who told u that? i was able to reset the password everyday if i want
    and anyways it's been more than 90 days


  • Was about to change email USING SUPPORT CENTER (send a ticket because you loose the account) - this you can do once 90 days - i don't think support center will reset password, my bad here i admit - i go correct the answer

    .. BUT if you have acces to your account you can reset password daily indeed :)


    i'm not trying to change my email address i trying to reset my password so i don't need to wait for anything, they just don't understand the case or just copy and paste answers without read the cases/tickets
    when i try to reset my password ( not changing the email) says not available for recovery
    can you stop answering before reading? otherwise i'll realize you are the one who answering my ticket without reading too lol
