Why i didnt get bonus and razer crates when i buy zp?

The event runs from August 8th to August 31st.

yea the CF Announcements lists at as then...however, i think they came to a deal with Razer to expand it as if you go to zVault's site you'll see the Snipe Bonus for CF is still there and when you go to that and read it's terms it lists this...

This promotion is valid only from 27 August 0400HRS 2017 to 5 September 2017 0359HRS (GMT/UTC) for Crossfire Crates and Razer weapons, when users pay for ZP packs using Razer zGold exclusively.

so i'd send in a support ticket and make sure you get what is due. Sometimes there are glitches with the crate bonuses and sending in a support ticket usually gets it resolved. Though at this point they probably won't get to it until Monday.

EDIT: It's also likely they'll be issuing a new Announcement in the next few days for a new Razer promotional as well. That is if they continue the trend which I would think they would since it's the only way to get Razer crates....

EDIT2: It'll probably be Tuesday before you get a reply from any tickets. Forgot it's Labor Day weekend and thus holiday on Monday and they won't be in the office.

You don't get them immediately, you have to wait a few minutes. How much ZP did you buy?
