Sadly they will NOT change it, we will only be able to buy 1 package every weekend from EP sale for 25k EP -
Waiting for our lovely event on December, are we going to get one? What would be nice to have as reward? Go ahead and review what we had so far since this event was released!
So far I've won from this events the following: XM8-Adv Xmas, Kriss Xmas
I missed 1 weekend in November and still have the Octagon Camo crates left to be opened and some leftover crates from the past rewards (I love to collect ZP crates). -
Do you guys experinced when you buy something in Shop but those 30 crates do not appear in the storage?
I have bought Paintings crate, but it never appeared in storage. Have submitted several support tickets, but all they reply is just crates were delivered to storage and they not really willing to help.
I know that EPs coming for free and I dont have the right to complain, but its sad that Support team is not really a support.

Never experienced this before... I believe there is nothing else to do if support ticket didn't resolve your issue. Any chance you have any proof of the purchase like: Message from Shop after spending the EP or the storage screenshot with missing crates, The screenshot before and after of the EP amount in your account?
Also since this is old (August 20017, Week 4) not sure if anything else can be done. -

Hi.
Of course I can see records in purchase history in the Shop. It clearly says i have purchased crates and delivered in storage. And I suppose thats what support guys see and tell me it was delivered. The problem is that i never seen these crates in storage. I see my other crates but no Paintings.
