I'll ask this for my younger brother since he doesn't use forums at all:
My brother was leader of his own made clan "Novice™" for several years, now he some time later, he logged in just to see that he wasn't in his own clan at all anymore and we're sure that he hasn't left his own clan.
He would never leave his clan, because he paid a decent amount of money in it also.
Question is if someone can make him leader of his own clan again, since everyone in that is in that clan now is most likely inactive anyways.

Is there any kind of solution for this problem?

If a clan leader is inactive for a long time, the clan leadership automatically passes to the next highest positioned member.

We will not change leaders manually on clans, either. Unfortunately, your brother is better off starting a new clan.
