Account blocked

Didn't play crossfire for few days, come back to found out my account was permanently blocked. No I didn't charge back, never bought zp in first place, don't hack and no one has access to my account besides me.
I only did some easy survey for zp's. Any reason why i might be blocked?

Idk why you might have gotten banned, but before all the copy pasters come.
I'll just say its possible you got banned for "false information in zp surveys"

As much as it is a copy/paste answer, the only thing you can do is send that support ticket. I have no idea why people make threads asking why they're account is blocked, when no one can help them on these forums. 0.0

That might be true, but people can share there experiences and maybe have some ideas on what caused it.

They do that because of the fact that support will never tell you the reason why you got banned. So when you get banned it's as much of a dead end there as much as it is here on forums. People do that in hopes that a GM might help here in a more direct way.

I heard a friend mention before that you can get banned for giving false information in those surveys.

Like they can either flag your account and make it impossible to do those surveys, or they can take it up to z8games themeselves and ask them to ban your account

if you have used a VPN to get the surveys then it may be the reason for the ban
