Profile: no information available

Hello, I'm a little worried about this : when I try to access my player profile via the website, it says " no information available ", same issue for my alt.
I just pre ordered the new vip, and, as I currently can't access the game being away from home, I wanted to check if the items were already showing in my profile ( I'm aware they deliver them on 5th, but still, wanted to check haha ).
Until I get home I will be worrying about my account and its possible vanishing so..my question: is anyone experiencing that no available thing too when searching for their profile?

For me personally all profiles work, I do have problems with the clan profiles tho. Might be something related to what you have not sure
