I recharged zp during the bingo event (100k zp and 20k zp) and never received the bonus draws, contacted support about this and they said they have credited me but I never received any draws during the event. Now that bingo has ended will I be getting anything in place of the draws? Did this happen to anyone else?

Me too recharged zp but I haven't had any problems.

As far as I am aware the issue missing draws due to Bingo site error was sorted out, in my case it was any way. I know there was an issue with 60hr reward 20 draws so the best thing you can do is submit a ticket as each case will have to be looked into.

If they say they have then they have or you could submit again but I think you had the answer from support.

When I first contacted support about the missing draws they replied to me and said that I had to verify I had a in game character, I was like confused ???? Then I sent another support ticket on the same issue and they said that they credited me, I checked bingo right after I read that support ticket and there still weren't the correct amount of draws, now I sent another support ticket and they said they have started a investigation ;-;

They are aware of the issue and will announce something when they are ready to announce something.
