Need admin advise

Hello, need to change my email & run into MAJOR PROBLEMS. Do not remember answers for most of the questions.Can verify my person via passports, drivers licence or any other way.Is there any way to contact support via skype or email or any other way ? It will take some time to discuss. Please dont tell me only by ticket or something like that.

No.

Every once in a blue moon they allow players to change certain things (i.e. security questions, etc). The day you get to change your e-mail without providing all necessary info is the day everyone gets to change their e-mail without providing all necessary info. Until that day (which may or may not ever happen), you're going to just have to submi- uh, you're just going to have to make sure your account information is kept in a safe place. Don't share your account information and make sure you have anti virus on your computer.

Send a ticket to support and they'll tell you why your account got blocked. If it's a chargeback issue, you can get your account back. If they say you broke the rules, then I'm afraid you'll have to make a new account if you want to continue playing.
