In-Game Name has been Reset

hi, i have logged into crossfire for the first time in 3 years, and it seems like my in game nickname has been reset to 'CTF...' and then lots of random numbers. why is that? and how do i get my own nickname back without buying that zp item in the store?

When they change your name due to a long period of inactivity, you're given a name card change which is placed in your storage.

They only did that with the newest update for the IGN inactive changes. Due to his long period of inactivity i'd bet he lost his IGN in the first wave which gave no such item. @Toxic i'd suggest asking support for a free IGN change
