Am I the only one that see the servers don't work again? You can't start a game because the gamers disappear at the start! Or while you play the game crasches and close itself. As the other say you are milking us without even caring about the servers. The servers are empty, there are less and less people respect 6 months ago (about -50% than before). I am very angry, I won't buy anymore Zp.

So I literally bought 3 VIP (Iron Shark, RPK Infernal Dragon and Bladed Knuckles Obsidian Beast) 2-3 weeks ago and now they are on sell for a discounted price along with DE El Dorado. Is there any chance I can get a refund of ZP. Like I literally lost so much ZP as much as 100 bucks of ZP because I bought 3 weeks prior since there aren't even any sneak peak or early announcement for this new VIP weapon.

Kinda like buying video games, there's always going to end up being a deal at somepoint. I don't think there are willing to give you a refund but you could send a support ticket in but idk high chance they are not going to give you a refund same with alot of things. -

I feel for ya. Doubt you'd get the refund or anything though...
But as a general idea...there's USUALLY a 2 month period between VIP releases. (I think there's been a few 3 month periods). They GENERALLY come with a pre-order and sometimes those pre-orders are like this one where you can bundle other VIPs with it....So while they may have waited to announce it for now...it was certainly predictable when it would be coming. Just like ZP Bonuses generally hit right before content patches and those are fairly consistently every 2 weeks and happen on Tuesday nights. I'd also advise watching the live streams if you don't already as once in awhile you can catch something there about upcoming content even if it's not announced. So theoretically speaking...the next VIP release should be about November and while there's a chance it won't be then...i'd say it's more unlikely we won't get one before then.
