crossfire profile bug. I can't see my weapon.

Hello. I don't know this is the right place for this but, i have a problem. On one of my crossfire accounts, i have m4a1 custom ult. gold (perm). I can't see this weapon at my crossfire profile on website. I have some pictures about it but i dont know how to share pics. here.

1. the weapon received about 2 months ago.

2. it is in my bag 2, all this time.

i guess its a bug, please fix this bug,

I've noticed that too for certain other items. Submit a Support ticket so the appropriate department can add it to the list of "to-do"s.

I've noticed it too, but on my profile it's usually the temporary weapons and grenades that don't show up.

yes this happened here too , both the m4a1 noble beast & the mk grenade platinum are on my acc and both didn't appear in the website profile yet

only happens with grenades for me.
