Where are my draws?

I played above 60 hours but no 20 draws appear on my account

plz take a look at this problem

dont even bother, i bought zp the very first day, didnt receive my draws for that.
Send in a support ticket.:
"Thank you for contacting Z8Games Support Center.

We have awarded the correct amount of draws to your account. Thank you.

We thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you."

I still dont have these draws...

I put in my ticket and still don't have my perm gun so :^)

Guys I think there isn't going to be any compensation, according to this quote, everything should be reset now.

I dont even care about the bugs, I prefer a bingo without pay2win. I got everyday the free draw, + 500k gp draw and 60 hours draw. Gave me around 75 draws. Won only 1 crate....
