Serious pre-authorization charge issue.
*Hello , I've 5 letters in bingo left so far, so I've decided to buy from rixty yesterday 50k zp so I can complete the board , I've bought it but I got nothing , SO I checked my bank and it's saying " Pending Authorizations" while i'm shocked about it, I Lost the bonus reward and still can't do anything.
BINGO lasts till 27th of august and I've tried to find a solution through google.
I found this.:
"Regarding your question, we unfortunately can't manually remove a pre-authorization charge. It's an issue with online payment regulations; each pre-authorization hold on funds is given an expiration date and we cannot manually remove it until that time.
After 7 business days it will automatically expire and be released to the card balance"
I think it's no fair , I won't lose this event just for stupid error .

well the unfortunate aspect to this is....it as nothing to do with Z8 but rather this is a Rixty and only payment issue. While people here might be able to give you idea on what to do....it's unlikely they can tell you anything that you haven't already read on Google.
I would say...if you're worried about not finishing your Bingo due to this....go out and buy a paysafe card and use it for a purchase, preferably through Razer zVault if that pay option is available to you since there is a ZP Bonus deal going through it plus you get bonus crates using it as well. The problem with this is that when your payment on the Rixty does clear...you'll end up getting that too... -
Hey there, I removed the screenshot because it was showing some of your personal information (first and last name).
You should try contacting Rixty to see what they can do. Since Rixty is holding up the payment from processing, this isn't really a Crossfire-side issue, so unfortunately, no one on Crissfire can help you.
