Hello, i swear to you sir, I registered my name correctly { in game name } and attended the Egypt Cup from 1:00 am to 9:00 am and I did not lie to you? I took these pictures to be a memorial to me and I'm there but all my friends went with them I got prizes but I did not get anything I just need a ribbon { Crossfire Unplugged } Sir, please give me a ribbon { Crossfire Unplugged }
I Am sent a ticket but they did not help me and I think, Sir, if you stepped in, they would give me the ribbon. Please, sir, I need the ribbon and thank you anyway.

Wasn't this the so called non crossfire organized event? Meaning that the crossfire staff had nothing to do with this event and also wont give a ribbon for it.

Yes and no. While Z8 itself wasn't the host of this event they did sponsor it and had the host collect IGNs/Names so that they could give out the Offline Event ribbon.

I'd suggest doing what Dupree suggested if you haven't, which is to mail the event host/organizer, which again was not Z8. Also make sure you send in a support ticket if you haven't already. Maybe suggest support to look into the names they were given to give out the ribbon to from that event and see if any of the names don't exist in the player database but might be close to your IGN.
