A month ago they have banned the accounts of a friend we send messages but always respond the same in any moment we used some illegal program or hack to carry the banning of the accounts

Sorry but nobody on the forums can help you with account bans. Your friend needs to take it to Support and since Support has already given their final answer, there isn't much else to do. Account bans don't happen for no reason.
