Hello, i'am from Egypt and i need to make a Complaint, I went to the Egypt Cup in Alexandria. I registered my name (IN Game Name) as a spectator. I and my friends, i did not get the gifts (Ribbon + 10K ZP ) but my friends got it. I want the gifts (Ribbon+10KZP) , please,And I give you some of the pictures that I have taken to prove that I have come to the cup, i swear to you i went to the cup and registered my name (IN Game Name) please i need the ribbon , if you give me only ribbon I will be grateful to you

Odeeb is not a GM anymore, but he was there. Also, his friends got the rewards and he didn't.

? but but... he has proof, what else could he of needed? It's not like an single GM is going to remember every single person that went to the Event lol.

Anyway, hopefully you get your rewards since you do have proof that you went like there's not much you could prove at this point plus if your friend got his then surely you should get yours. Like what others have said sending an Support Ticket is the best bet but I hope some GM looks into the thread and closes the issues asap.
