With the ign change requests gone now..

Since you changed the way people can take over other people's ign, i really hope that no error happens during the maintenance.

Like someone taking an ign of someone that isn't inactive, that's like theft but at the same time not which kinda sucks xD

On a sidenote: since the support team will have a considerably less amout of request regarding ign changes, then it should mean that they will have alot more time for hacking reports.

the hackers in hmx are becoming commonplace, there's almost always atleast 1 player flying around the map or knifing everyone in 1 hit.

And like many already said before, you can threaten them in any way you want about reporting them,
but they will always laugh at your threats and say that they won't get banned anyway.

It's really tiring to deal with these people and most of the time when a hacker joins then i just stop playing until the game is over and then leave.

I don't see a point in playing mutation modes if there's always a chance of a hacker joining and ruining everything.


So I'm looking forward to what this automated name change system is gonna do for us.

I know. But that's not what i said.

What i meant with that was what if you get ur name change even though you're online everyday, like if an error happends which mistakes you're activity.

No lol, maybe a year but 3-6 months is way too short

Anyway, I feel like the hackers are right they ain't going to get banned anyway so this is what has stopped me from bothering to report so many people. But if there is a change of increasing the amount of reports behing handled then I would be pretty happy cause seriously the report system is a joke at this point.

That's too damn short of a duration. I usually stop playing for 8-10 months before some good events pull me back in. It should be 2 years of inactivity to lose your IGN, period.

That's awesome cuz the guy who use TRAINER without any symbols didn't open from many years but when I checked the account it's appear to me that he didn't open since 987 year lol xD

ROFL, They have enough on their plate , such as streaming for 1hr a week , other than that the Management/support is weak

First of all, those 7-8 gms that you know of aren't the only ones in the picture. The game is run by a way bigger amount of workers.
Second of all, these gms that do the livestream are paid to promote the game, it's not their jobs to do tickets all the time.
Third of all, be respectful.

Actually i'm pretty sure the GM's have said before that they have specific people for each department. Some handle the tickets, some do the maintenance, etc, etc. I think the livestream is good for the game and it lets us see the people behind the curtain so to speak, which is nice as well.

We do have specific people for each department, but the people that you see are not the people that do tickets, and only one or two that you see are involved in maintenance tasks.

Wasn't trying to assume each of your roles, just stating that you have people who work in their own departments who handle specific tasks all the time rather than it being a free for all in the office for who does what and when.

Also while you're here how long about will it take for an inactive person to lose their IGN now? I know you said it updates every patch, but surely it takes longer for someone to lose an IGN than that?
