Mutation Marathon
Okay, I just want the crates I worked hard for. I spent 4 days of my life playing HMX for this event. I completed all the tasks. I sent 3 tickets and none of them were useful.
In the second day, I completed the 20 games. After I completed the 20 games, I kept playing more to get more hours in. I also completed the 2000 kills. Since I had the 20 games in, I played Knight, Ghost, HM, and MM, so I completed that one too. Then out of nowhere, the tracker decided to mess up to everyone and resetting itself. After a couple complaints, [GM]Kanadian said that even if the tracker was broken, the games were registered in the database, so that made me not worry with it all, so I kept going with HMX for the hours. Started playing HMX games in a row, when it reaches 19, BOOM, it resets again. But I didn't worry again, because the games were registered in the database, like Kanadian said.
This is how my tracker is looking like right now:
First Ticket they explained about if the tracker is broken, the games are still registered in the database and all that. Second one they said I didnt finish the game, but if I think I did, to send another ticket. So I did. I explained a little more about it, and they reply the same as the second...
One thing that I think may have caused this: HMX Parasite Expansion. I only played HMX for the 20 games in a row, but I also played HMX Parasite, which is still the same mode, so maybe the GMs forgot to register that one as HMX.
This was one of the hardest events. The amount of hackers and botters I ran into is no joke, and I couldn't leave the game because I needed that time for the 15 hours, so I ghad to deal with hackers speeding, speed knife, flying, etc.. None of my friends even tried to do it. And many of them laughed at me for even trying to do it. The rewards are so little for the amount of time we had to put in this event. But I still did it because I like MM. We beg you to look into this, this is not fair at all. If I don't get my rewards I will not even try to do more events from this game.

And this is why I don't do events that could possibly take alot of time to complete, the system is too unstable and needs to be worked on cause I don't see why people will bother doing hard events if theres a slight chance that everything they have done can be deleted.

Maybe those tracker that said 20 completed at the end of the event were on the list and the player's trackers that were reset before the end of the event even though they had completed it the day prior and were reassured didn't make the system list.

lets cross our fingers and HOPE they finish this problem soon not after months from now or end up not getting fixed at all From my tickets to the support looks like they dont give a crap about what the tickets says just read it quickly and grap a message thry fel its rrlated too and paste it then close the ticket and job done! This is not how you fix things people i understand that you are getting tons of tickets but this isn't the healthy way to deal with problems cause you well end up missing bits from every message and they all pile up and make more problems latter on we can only sit and hope you guys give a damn about the game we love and mane it better instead of leaving it fall slowly thats all i got to say.

Hahaha tbh karma hit back at me because during the event i decided to buy 3 wicked summer crates just for laughs and in the first one i won Tmp Death eye .. So i was SOO in the mood to keep doing the gruelling Marathon but now i feel like i've been Robbed because of a fricken Event bug XD

Hope you get the crates. I don't blame people for laughing at you for trying to complete the event. The host errors and things like this- you don't get the reward and there is no support to look into it. I don't think the GMs are the people that reply to those tickets, are you Kanadian?

no its not them its another team for the support but looks like every department got one guy/girl working on everything judging by the amount of copy/paste replies -
