Hi, there

alright, Just bought 23k zp (20k - Paysafe & 3k -fortumo) now i first used the free draws after that i bought 50 draws - screen was loading and i couldnt click anything (it freez'd) so i closed the window... went back to bingo and guess what - all my draws are gone + my zp........GG

did something like that happend to any of you?

Yes this happened to me about 2 hours ago, i've sent them a ticket regarding this issue hopefully they will be able answer that issue, rather fustrating but oh well we must wait, but no you are not alone don't worry

As the person above me said: Please send in a Support Ticket so you can get your draws (but only after some patient waiting, of course :P).

It happend again! 40'000 zp now.................................................... or 100 draws.. well this time i recorded it! If the GM's need a proof
