Bingo glitch - bought 6k ZP worth of draws and didn't get any

I tried to buy draws on my laptop, 6k ZP worth to be exact(12 draws), and every time it gave me this message saying it was incomplete and to make sure I have a Crossfire account. I have bought draws before, yesterday I bought 20 on my normal pc and it worked fine but now it doesnt work and now even worse, not only can I not buy draws but when I tried to and got that message it still spent the ZP without giving me any draws in return. So yeah i'm out 6k zp for nothing because of this glitch, and I expect a refund on it in the form of either giving the ZP back or crediting the draws.

I had this exact same issue and i'm awaiting a response from the ticket i submitted. Purchased 70 bingo draws and it took the ZP but didn't credit me with the draws..

For these kind of situations, please submit a Support Ticket and they will look into the issue.
